Analog Tab

Use the Analog tab to view the analog inputs, outputs, and values. These three categories are
presented in expanding boxes that stretch across the middle of the screen and are defined from
the factory. To expand the box and view its contents, click the arrow icon on the left-hand side of
the box header in each category. View Details dialog boxes can be accessed by clicking on the
details buttons, located at the end of each line item.
Note: For field use of spare analog points, refer to the Tracer UC400 Programmable Controller

Discharge Air Temperature: Shows the discharge air temperature input, which is the
temperature of the air leaving the VAV box.
DA Temperature Setpoint BAS: Displays communicated discharge air temperature setpoint,
if valid, when discharge air temperature control reset is enabled.
Ventilation Ratio: Required ratio of OA to primary air to meet zone ventilation need.
Ventilation Setpoint: Arbitrated final value of the zone ventilation requirement.
Air Flow Stpt Active Min: Displays active minimum flow setpoint.
Note: The UC400 may not be using the minimum flow setpoint if space conditions require
more airflow).
Air Flow Stpt Active Min Source: Displays the current minimum flow setpoint source.
Supply Fan Status: Indicates current fan On/Off status, or None if no fan present.
Air Valve Position Command: Indicates desired air valve position.
Heat Output Secondary Status: Indicates Reheat Capacity Status in percentage.

Instance: Displays the instance number assigned to the point.
Name: Displays the name of the point.
Value: Displays the current or assigned value of the point.
Units: Displays the units of measure in which the point is expressed.
State: Displays the state of the point. Point states are Normal, and Fault.
Alarm: Displays alarm icon if point is in alarm
Override: Click to bring up the Override Request dialog box to override the value of the point
and view the priority table.
Service: Click to put a point in or out of service. The out of service value can be set for testing
and commissioning. Putting a point out of service clears any non-latching alarms associated
with the point.
