Signal Selection

Pressing a cross-point button selects a signal on the corresponding bus, but in
some cases a single row of cross-point buttons is used for more than one bus.
In this case it is first necessary to delegate the row of cross-point buttons to
the required bus. The next section describes which rows of cross-point
buttons belong to which buses.
For details of the assignment of signals to cross-point button columns, see
the next page.

The relation between cross-point buttons and buses depends on the model of
control panel, as shown in the following tables.
