A ringing signal indicates an incoming call. The ringing type
tells you whether the call is an internal, external or call back
call and the display indicates an incoming call.

If the portable rings at an inconvenient moment:
Press to suppress the ringing for the moment
Note: Calls can be answered at any time, no matter if you are
programming, or keying in a number etc.
