Front Panel
The following diagram shows the front panel of the IAD.
There are 4 lights (LED) found on the front panel. The tables below show the purpose of the 4 lights.
Light (LED)
Purpose
Green. The Power LED lights up when the Phone Adapter is powered on and connected to the
Power
Internet. It flashes when the Phone Adapter is not connected to the Internet. The LED also flashes
when the Phone Adapter is booting up or upgrading its firmware. The Power LED will turn Orange
when customization profile fails to load.
Green. The INTERNET LED lights up when there is an active connection through the port. If the LED
Ethernet
is flashing, then there is traffic moving through that port.
Phone 1
Green. The PHONE LED is solidly lit when a telephone has an active or registered connection to
StarHub's DV Global network through the corresponding port. It flashes when the phone is being
used or is off the hook.
Phone 2
Not in use
Note: Never unplug your IAD while the light is blinking continuously. Instead, allow the image upgrade to be completed. If
you unplug the IAD during an image upgrade, the unit may become inoperable.
