Slave diagnostics
The slave diagnostics function in accordance with IEC 61784-1:2002 Ed1 CP 3/1.
For all DP slaves that operate in accordance to this standard, the slave diagnostics
can be read out with STEP 5 or STEP 7 in conjunction with the DP master.
