1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 CONGRATULATIONS

Congratulations on your choice of a Meridian
Manufacturing 112BST Bulk Seed Tender to
complement your seed delivery system in your
farming operation. This equipment has been
designed and manufactured to meet the exacting
standards for such equipment in the agricultural
industry and will keep your seed delivery system at
optimumefficiency.
The Bulk Seed Tender system is designed to
handle any kind of bulk seed, quickly transport
it, and then transfer it into planters and drills, as
required.
Safe,efficient,andtrouble‑freeoperationof
your Bulk Seed Tender requires that you and
anyone else who will be operating or maintaining
the machine, read and understand the Safety,
Operation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting
information contained within this Operator's
Manual.
This manual covers the 112BST model
manufactured by Meridian Manufacturing, Inc.
Use the Table of Contents as a guide to locate
required information.

1.2 OPERATOR ORIENTATION

The directions left, right, front, and rear, as
mentioned throughout this manual, are as seen
from the truck drivers' seat and facing in the
direction of travel.

1.3 OWNER/OPERATOR

It is the responsibility of the owner or operator
to read this manual and to train all other
operators before they start working with the
machine. Follow all safety instructions exactly.
Safety is everyone's business. By following
recommended procedures, a safe working
environment is provided for the operator,
bystanders, and the area around the work site.
