6.3.4.3 Timing for Transmitting Ping Echo Request
After transmitting Ping echo request, Ping echo replies will be received or the timeout of Ping echo request
may occur. Then, wait unit the interval time of the Ping echo request passes, and transmit the next Ping
echo request.
