Self-loopback Test

This test checks whether the module alone operates normally or not.
Follow the steps shown below.

*1 Dimly lights or is flashing.
Connect cables and supply 24VDC through a
dedicated power supply or a power supply
adapter.
After checking the following items, power on the
system.
Modules are correctly installed.
A voltage is applied from the power supply.
The CPU module is in the STOP status.
To set a test mode, turn on SW8, operation
setting switch of the master module.
Power on the system.
Reset the CPU module.

The hardware is faulty. Replace the module.
