Lead-Winder macro

The Lead macro is designed for a machine where it is necessary for the Winder to
be the "Machine Master." An Inspection machine is one example where this macro
would be useful. This macro has no web tension control.
The basic principle of this macro is that the speed reference is set via the keypad or
AI and, upon receiving a start command, the drive ramps up to this speed. Please
note that the reference set is an rpm relative to core speed and is not line speed
(fpm). The drive uses the actual web speed feedback or an ultrasonic sensor (via an
Analog Input) to calculate the actual diameter. The speed output of the Lead to any
Follower is adjusted for the actual diameter; thus, ensuring that the Followers' speed
reference does not decrease as the Lead drive's diameter increases. Following the
Lead drive's reference also ensures the machine ramps up and down at the same
rate and s-shape.
