sure that the notch 1 on the memory module aligns correctly with the
connector key 2 on the system board. Push the memory module straight
down into the memory connector until the retaining clips close.

1. Open the computer cover. See "Opening the cover" on page 5.
2. Pivot the drive bay assembly upward to gain access to the system board.
3. Locate the cable clip. See "Locating components" on page 3.
4. Remove all cables from the cable clip attached to the PCI riser.
