spaces (/nt). If the program does not explic itly signal end-of-job, the capture
fac ility will wait 10 sec onds (/ti=10) before assuming that the print job is
complete.
7. Reset the print s erver to have the changes take effec t.
Before printing, you may want to verify that the setup was complete. Using
the Print Server Status option of the PSETUP command (as described in the
following sec tion), you can verify that the print server is connec ted to the
right file server, is using the correct network frame type, and so on.
You may also want to us e the NetWare PCONSOLE program to verify that:
A NetWare print s erver and one, two or three print queue(s ) have been
created on the file s erver. The number of print queues c reated is equal to the
number of printer port of your print server.
Printer 0 (or Printer 1, Printer 2) on the print server is s erving the new print
queue(s).
The print queue(s) and print s erver have the right permiss ions and
notification settings.

Configuring as Print Server Mode
For more complex setup needs , you c an us e the PSETUP program in
conjunc tion with the NetWare PCONSOLE program.
The ins tallation procedure is as follows :
1. From a workstation, log in to your NetWare server as SUPERVISOR.
2.
Run
the
PSETUP
program
inc luded
on
the
CD-ROM.

e:\dosutil\psetup.exe )
3. Select your new print server from the list provided.
