Introduction
This Owner's Manual contains a great deal of useful
inform ation. We urge you to read it carefully and fam iliar­
ize yourself w ith the vehicle before driving.
For your own safety and longer service life of the vehicle,
we urge you to follow the instructions and warnings.
Ignoring them could result in damage to the vehicle or
personal injury.
Y our vehicle may have some o r all of the equipm ent des­
cribed. Therefore, you may find explanations of equip­
ment not installed in your vehicle. If you have any ques­
tions about the operation of any equipm ent, your author­
ized MERCEDES-BENZ dealer will be glad to dem on­
strate the proper procedures.

Maintenance
The Maintenance Booklet describes all the necessary
maintenance w ork w hich should be perform ed at regular
intervals.
Always have the Maintenance Booklet with you when you
take the vehicle to your authorized MERCEDES-BENZ
dealer fo r service. The Service A dvisor will record each
service.
Roadside Assistance
The M ercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance Program pro­
vides factory trained technical help in the event of a

On-site service calls by a local M ercedes-Benz Roadside
Assistance technician are available weekdays from 5:00

AM till m idnight.
