Using the spot light-
metering function
– Flexible Spot Meter
You can take a picture with the appropriate
exposure automatically adjusted for just the point
you want to focus on and with its exposure fixed.
Use Flexible Spot Meter in the following cases:
– The subject is backlit.
– When there is strong contrast between the
subject and background such as with a subject
that is on stage and lit by a spotlight.
The POWER switch should be set to

Operate by touching the panel.
(1) Press FN to display PAGE1.
(2) Press SPOT METER. The SPOT METER screen
appears.
(3) Press the desired area in the frame on the
screen.
The SPOT METER indicator flashes on the
screen. The exposure of the point you selected
is adjusted.
(4) Press OK to return to PAGE1.
To return to FN
Press EXIT.
To return to the automatic exposure
Press AUTO in the SPOT METER screen to
return to PAGE1.
Note
The following functions do not work while using
Flexible Spot Meter:
– Back light
– Colour Slow Shutter
– Spot focus

Vous pouvez prendre automatiquement une
photo avec l'exposition appropriée pour le point
sur lequel vous souhaitez faire la mise au point
avec une exposition définie.
Utilisez la fonction Spotmètre flexible dans les
cas suivants :
– Lorsque le sujet est en contre-jour.
– Lorsque le contraste entre le sujet et le fond est
important, par exemple lorsqu'un sujet se
trouve sur une scène et est éclairé par des spots.
Le commutateur POWER doit être réglé sur

Utilisez l'écran tactile.
(1) Appuyez sur FN pour afficher PAGE1.
(2) Appuyez sur SPOT METER. L'écran SPOT
METER s'affiche.
(3) Appuyez sur la zone souhaitée dans l'image
affichée sur l'écran.
L'indicateur SPOT METER clignote sur
l'écran. L'exposition du point sélectionné est
ajustée.
(4) Appuyez sur
SPOT METER
AUTO OK
Pour revenir à FN
Appuyez sur EXIT.
Pour revenir en exposition
automatique
Appuyez sur AUTO sur l'écran SPOT
METER pour revenir à PAGE1.
Remarque
Les fonctions suivantes sont inactives lorsque
vous utilisez le spotmètre flexible :
– Compensation du contre-jour
– Colour Slow Shutter
– Mise au point sur un point spécifique
