If this happens...
Power cut off during use.

Pad gel does not stick to
skin.
11. TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible causes...
Are the batteries weak?
Is the cord broken?
Are the batteries weak?
Have you removed the
transparent film from the
pad?
Is the pad wet? or Is your
skin too wet?
The pad gel may be
damaged.
Is there too much hair on
your skin?
Is the adhesive surface of
pads dirty or dry?
Are you using pad during
perspiring?
Have the pads been washed
too long and/ or too
frequently?
Were the pads stored under
high temperature, high
humidity, or direct sunshine?

Try this solution...
Replace both batteries at the
same time.
Replace cord.
Replace both batteries at the
same time.
Peel off film on the adhesive
surface of pads.
Dry the pad or dry the skin.
Replace the pad.
Shave the immediate area for
proper pad adhesion.
Wash adhesive surface
of pads softly with your
fingertips for about 3
seconds under slow running
cold water.
Dry the pad placement area.
Leave the pad in freezer for
overnight.
Replace both pads.
