ECM MODE
Press 1 to have the fax machine correct any
distortions in a fax transmission or reception
before printing the fax at the receiving end
(note that the other fax machine must also
have ECM mode). Press 2 to turn off the
function.
QUICK ON-LINE
Press 1 to have the fax dial the receiving
party and begin transmitting while scanning
is still in progress. Press 2 to have the fax
wait until all pages have been scanned
before dialling.
RECEPTION RATIO
Press 1 to have the fax automatically
reduce the size of received documents to fit
the size of the printing paper. This ensures
that data on the edges of the document are
not cut off. Press 2 to turn off the function
and have received documents printed at full
size.
COPY CUT-OFF
When making a copy of a document that is
longer than the printing paper, use the copy
cut-off setting to select whether the
remaining part of the document will be cut
off or printed on a second page. Press 1 to
cut off the remainder, or 2 to have the
remainder printed on a second page.

This shows information on your most
recently performed send and receive
operations.
Timer List
This shows timer operations that are
currently set.
Telephone Number List
This shows fax numbers that have been
programmed for automatic dialling.
Passcode List
This shows settings made for polling
security, your name and fax/telephone
number as entered in the machine, and a
sample of the header printed at the top of
every page you transmit.
Option Setting List
This shows the current status of the option
settings.
Junk Number List
This shows the fax numbers from which
reception is not allowed.
Group List
This shows the fax numbers that have been
programmed into Group Keys.
