Maintenance Stamolys CA71CL Replacing reagents Warning! • There is a danger of crushing at the door and pump heads. • Refer to the warning instructions in the safety data sheets when handling reagents. Wear protective clothing, gloves and goggles. • Make sure the workplace is well ventilated when you work with chlorine bleach and/or ammonia.
  • Page 37 Stamolys CA71CL Maintenance decreases and the pump rate drops as mechanical stress increases. Wear depends on mechanical stress (measuring interval, pump pressure). Up to a certain degree, the wear effect can be compensated by calibration. If the impairment in hose elasticity is too great, the pump rate is no longer reproducible and this leads to incorrect measurements.
