Proof

Dough will proof more quickly using the "Proof
than at room temperature and does not dry out.
Use the information in the tables found in the Cooking
Charts Use and Care Guide to select the appropriate
level.
Note: If the water tank runs out of water during operation
with the Proof setting, operation is interrupted. Fill the
water tank.
Start
Refill water tank.

Note: Only switch on the Proof setting once the oven
cavity has completely cooled down (to room
temperature).
Touch the ON l OFF touch button.

Swipe to the left or right to select "Proof".
3.
Touch "1" in the bottom touch field.
4.
Swipe to the left or right to select the required setting.

Touch the ON l OFF touch button to switch off the
appliance.

Defrost

Use the "Defrost
"
" heating mode to defrost frozen
products.
Note: If the water tank runs dry during operation with the
Defrost setting, operation is interrupted. Fill the water
tank. After the water tank is reinserted, Defrost will
resume.
Start
Refill water tank.
