Possible Cause
Internal call diversion is
activated.
The phone number is in the
phone number list of the base
telephone.
The call charge display is not set
or this performance feature is
not enabled by the network
provider.
The answering machine lock has
been activated.
There is insufficient remaining
memory.
You have entered the wrong
prefix or no prefix.
The ISDN function is not
enabled.
The same MSN was assigned to
the telephones. One of the
telephones also has internal call
diversion activated.
The MSN was saved in devices
also used on the ISDN
connection.
You are not registered with both
SMS centres.
Possible solution
Activate external call diversion
(page 98).
Apply to have this activated by
the network provider.
Delete the corresponding
phone number (MSN) in the list
(page 93).
Activate the call charge display
(page 44).
Request the performance
feature "charge transmission"
from the network provider.
