Menu – System Test
The System Test screen is a setup and trouble-shooting
tool used to send test signals to the MP-M outputs.
1. Source / RTA –
a. When Source is selected, a screen is displayed
with options for selection of signal sources and
outputs to test.
b. When RTA is selected a Real Time Analyzer is
displayed.
2. Source Input / Pink Noise / Sine ave –
a. Select Source > Input to use an Input as the test
signal source.
i. Select Source > Input > Input to choose the
MP-M Input to be used as a test signal source.
ii. Select Source > Input > Nain to adjust the
level of the Input test signal.
b. Select Source > Pink Noise to use Pink Noise as
the test signal source.
i. Select Source > Pink Noise > Nain – to
adjust the level of the Pink Noise test signal.
c. Select Source > Sine ave to use a Sine Wave
as the test signal.
i. Select Source > Sine ave > Frequency to adjust the frequency of
the Sine Wave test signal
ii. Select Source > Sine ave > Nain to adjust the level of the test
signal.
3. Select Output(s) – Selects which output or outputs will receive the test
signal.
4. Enable – Toggles the test signal on and off.

6. Select RTA –
a. Select RTA > Inputs – Select any input to view an RTA display of the
input's pre-EQ signal.
b. Select RTA > Outputs – Select any output to view an RTA display of the
output's post-EQ signal.
