confirm if the name and address is
correct. Press PUSH – SELECT
knob to select SEND.
7. If POLARIS did not detect the ACK,
press PUSH – SELECT knob at the
SEND again 10 seconds after you
press the PUSH – SELECT.
1-E. STANDBY
The DSC STANDBY function allows the transceiver to reply to DSC calls
with the UNATTENDED message and log the calls for return at a more
convenient time. When set to the DSC STANDBY mode, voice traffic
may still be mentioned on any selected channel.
1. Press Menu key
2. Press PUSH – SELECT at DSC
CALL, then the DSC CALL menu
appears.
3. Rotate the PUSH – SELECT knob to
select STANDBY.
4. Press PUSH – SELECT, and the
STANDBY directory appears.
