(2) Adjustment of offset voltage of amplifi er output
* Start adjustment longer than 5 seconds after the
power switch is turned on.
• Adjust VR300 so that the voltage across 1 pin – 2
pin of CN300 is 0 V ± 2 mV.
• Adjust VR500 so that the voltage across 1 pin – 2
pin of CN500 is 0 V ± 2 mV.
2-3. Power consumption when idling
Ground the input terminal via 150 Ω resistor.
Confi rm that the power consumption is 35 W or less.
2-4. Confi rmation of Firmware Version
Execute INFO inspection of diagnostic mode.
Confi rm the fi rmware version displayed on the PC.
2-5. Confi rmation of Model ID
Execute INFO inspection of diagnostic mode.
Confi rm the model ID displayed on the PC is as specifi ed
below.

2-6. Measurement of Carrier Frequency
With all loads of the output terminal removed and no signal
input, confi rm that the carrier frequency of output signal is
within the specifi ed below.

2-7. Calibration
Execute CALIBRATION adjustment inspection of diagnostic
mode.
For the operation procedure, refer to "3-2. CALIBRATION
adjustment inspection" on page 43.
2-8. Confi rmation of temperature sensor
Execute AD input port inspection of diagnostic mode.
T-SENSE (IC101 60 pin), which is output from IC300 of
AMPS circuit board, is checked automatically.

Execute LED inspection of diagnostic mode.
Confi rm that each indicator lights properly.

を始めてください。
・ CN300 の 1 ピン− 2 ピン間の電圧が 0 V ± 2
mV になるように VR300 を調整します。
・ CN500 の 1 ピン− 2 ピン間の電圧が 0 V ± 2
mV になるように VR500 を調整します。
2-3. アイドリング時の消費電力
入力端子を 150 Ωの抵抗を介して接地します。
消費電力が 35 W 以下であることを確認します。
2-4. ファームウェアバージョンの確認
ダイアグモードの INFO 検査を実行します。
PC に表示されるファームウェアバージョンを確認し
ます。
2-5. モデル ID の確認
ダイアグモードの INFO 検査を実行します。
PC に表示されるモデル ID が下記の規定通りである
ことを確認します。

2-6. キャリア周波数測定
出力端子の負荷をすべて外しかつ入力無信号の状態
で、出力信号のキャリア周波数が下記の規定範囲内
にあることを確認します。
SP OUT（CN300） ：355 ± 15 kHz
SP OUT（CN500） ：355 ± 15 kHz
2-7. キャリブレーション
ダイアグモードの CALIBRATION 検査を実行します。
操作手順は 「3-2. CALIBRATION 調整検査」 （ 43 ページ）
を参照してください。
2-8. 温度センサーの確認
ダイアグモードの AD 入力ポート検査を実行します。
温度センサー（AMPS シート IC300）の出力電圧であ
る T-SENS（DSP シート IC101 60 ピン）が自動的に検
査されます。
許容範囲
2-9. インジケータの確認
ダイアグモードの LED 検査を実行します。
各インジケータが正常に点灯することを確認します。
