4. LED Circuit Board
(Time required: About 2 minutes)
4-1. Remove the metal grille assembly. (See procedure 1)
4-2. Remove the two (2) screws marked [310]. The LED panel
assembly can then be removed. (Fig. 7)
4-3. Remove the two (2) screws marked [300c]. The LED
circuit board and the LED panel sub assembly can then be
separated. (Fig. 7)
5. Amp Assembly 112
(Time required: About 2 minutes)
5-1. Remove the ten (10) screws marked [120]. (Fig. 8)
* When installing the amp assembly, fi rst tighten the two
(2) priority screws as shown in Fig. 8.
5-2. Follow the steps below to remove the amp assembly 112
carefully. (Fig. 8)
(1) Loosen the screw for removing the amp assembly.
* Loosen only ! Never remove this screw. Tighten
the screw when installing the amp assembly.
(2) Insert the flat blade screwdriver or the like into the
cavity of the cabinet, and push the bottom end of amp
assembly up.
(3) Pull the screw for removing the amp assembly to
move up the top end of the amp assembly.
(4) Hold both top and bottom of the amp assembly to
remove it.
5-3. Disconnect the connectors of the wiring assemblies. (Fig. 8)

to 25 page.

4-1. メタルグリル Ass'y を外します。 （1 項参照）
4-2. ［310］のネジ 2 本を外して、LED パネル Ass'y を外し
ます。 （図 7）
4-3. ［300c］のネジ 2 本を外して、LED シートと LED サ
ブパネル Ass'y を別けます。 （図 7）
5. アンプ Ass'y 112
（所要時間：各約 2 分）
5-1. ［120］のネジ 10 本を外します。 （図 8）
※ アンプ Ass'y を取り付けるときは、図に示す優先
ネジ 2 本を先に締めてください。 （図 8）
5-2. 下記の手順で、慎重にアンプ Ass'y を取り外してくだ
さい。 （図 8）
（1） アンプ Ass'y 取り外し用ネジを緩めます。
※ このネジは緩めるだけで、外さないように注
意してください。アンプ Ass'y 取り付け時に
は、このネジを締めてください。
（2） キヤビネットの切り欠きにマイナスドライバー
などを差し込んで、アンプ Ass'y の下部を浮かせ
ます。
（3） アンプ Ass'y 取り外し用ネジを手前に引いてアン
プ Ass'y 上部を浮かせます。
（4） アンプ Ass'y の上部と下部を持って、取り外しま
す。
5-3. 束線のコネクターを外します。 （図 8）
アンプ Ass'y 112 の分解手順は 25 ページを参照して
ください。
