The ice maker sanitation can be set to the following time intervals: Yearly, Bi-
Yearly, Quarter, and Monthly. It is recommended that the ice maker is scheduled
for sanitation once a month. Once the frequency is selected, the other options
allow the user to select which day of the week, hour, minute, and AM/PM for the
sanitation cycle to occur.
Press the check mark to go to the next menu. Another window is displayed
requesting the user to select the frequency of the Ice Maker Sanitation and Des-
caler process.
The descaler process is scheduled to be performed during normal ice maker san-
itation. The descaling frequency is set in a pop-up window that is displayed imme-
diately after the user sets the ice maker sanitation schedule.
The multiplier option allows the user to choose 1, 2, 3, etc. This controls how often
the descaler runs in relation to the ice maker sanitation process. For example, if
the ice maker sanitation is set to monthly, and the multiplier for descaler is set to
2x. Then the descaler process is preformed every two months.
