Sunroof Removal/lnstallation
^ W A R N IN G
• Do not attempt to remove or install the sunroof unless the car is
parked safely and well out of the flow of traffic.
• Do not allow any part of your body to extend through the
sunroof while the car is in motion. In the event of a collision or
sudden application of the brakes, severe personal injury could
result.
Removal
1. Pull down on the lock lever.
2. Separate the lock lever by pinching both sides of the pivot arm
while pushing up on the pivot release.
3. Remove the sunroof by pulling it up and back.
4. Install the wind deflector by inserting the tabs on its front edge
into the slots in the body, then securing the hooks at each side.

Installation
1. Install the sunroof by inserting
the tabs on its front edge into
the slots in the body, then
lowering the back into posi­
tion.
2. Secure the lock lever by pin­
ching the ends of the pivot
arm together while pushing
the pivot release, then fitting
the pivot arm up into the slots
in the lock lever base.
NOTE:
• Make sure the lock lever is properly installed by opening and
closing the sunroof.
• After closing the sunroof, make sure it is firmly closed by
pushing up from the inside.
