2. For each rail, attach the front and back flanges to the post flanges with two user-supplied screws at
each end. See item 2.

Install the Z9100-ON System

You can mount the system in the 1U front-rack or 1U two-post (flush and center) configurations. The
following is an example of a front-rack configuration.
For the 1U two-post (flush and center) configurations, slide the system into the rails in the same manner
as the four-post configurations.

Installing a 1U Front-Rack

Configure the rails that are attached to the system.
1. Attach the switch rails (inner chassis members) to the Z9100-ON system. The following illustration,
item 3, shows the detail for the front standoff with the locking tab.
