Sounding the Metronome

The CD-2e has built-in metronome—a convenient feature for practicing an instrument.

Press the [ (Metronome)] button to turn the metronome on.

If the metronome is on, the [
metronome's indicator will start blinking on the beat.

Value Explanation
Click An electronic sound will mark the beats.
Bell (factory setting) A bell will mark the beats.
Voice A human voice (English) will count the beats
Off There will be no sound; the metronome indicator will blink to mark the
beats.

Explanation
Specifies the number of quarter-notes in one minute.
Decreasing this value will make the tempo slower. Increasing
this value will make the tempo faster.
Red: strong beats
Green: weak beats
