Examples of wiring for when the input interruption function is used are shown below.
The same wiring is used for the pulse catch and pulse width measurement functions.
When capturing pulses of a response frequency of 50 to 200 kHz, refer to Page 102 When a high-speed pulse is
captured.
For details of the input interruption function, pulse catch function, and pulse width measurement function, refer to
MELSEC iQ-F FX5 User's Manual (Application).
