General safeguards
• Please read the instructions and keep them safe for

• When using the machine, always ensure the machine
is on a flat and stable surface.
• Do not touch the heating plate of this machine, as it
may be hot.
• Keep out of reach the reach of children at all times.
• Do not tamper in any way with the internal
mechanisms of this machine.
• Do not immerse in liquid.

Setting up
Remove your ThermaBind T500Pro from the

packaging. Check that the ratings plate on the
machine corresponds with your electricity supply.
Assemble the cooling rack by placing each panel into
2
the slots provided in the separate base-plate (Fig.1).
Place the Thermal Binder on a flat and stable

surface. The plug should be inserted into a near and
easily accessible outlet.
Press the 'On/Off' switch located at the front of

the machine (Fig.2). After the working temperature
has been reached the green light comes on and an
audible signal will indicate the machine is ready for
use.
Binding a document
The sheets of paper must be fanned to ensure every

sheet comes in contact with the glue
Ensure every sheet is inserted into the spine of the
2
cover (Fig.3).
