Answering Calls

When manual routing is being used, calls are delivered to operators and displayed in the Calls
Waiting area. The action button will give the operator the option to deliver the longest waiting call
to the operator's phone. The operator can then answer the call.
If the advanced routing license is installed and calls are configured for Auto Delivery, these calls will
be delivered straight to the operator's phone without them needing to click the Deliver button.
When the operator's extension is ringing, they can either pick up the handset to answer the call or
click the answer button to answer the call.
Directly below the default action button, the call notes box indicates that the DDI called was called
'Ops DDI' and the CLI was matched as 'NEC Main No'.
