Go back to KM switch web utility and:
Enter the details for you main display as requested in the dialog.

Enter the parameters for the secondary display. To find out what are
the vertical and horizontal MS values, go back to the Windows
displays settings, select the secondary display and move it a bit. The
two numbers will appear on the secondary display (see figure 7
below). Enter both these numbers in the KM switch web
configuration utility under MS Vertical and Horizontal coordinates
(see figure 6 above).
