• Malfunctioning due to noise or other
reason

• The power supply module detected
an incorrect power waveform.

• A failure is detected on the power
supply module, CPU module, or base
unit.
Entire program was executed without
the execution of an END instruction.
• When the END instruction is
executed it is read as another

instruction code, e.g. due to noise.
• The END instruction has been
changed to another instruction code
somehow.

Run mode suspended or failure of main
CPU
• Malfunctioning due to noise or other

Corrective Action
• Take noise reduction measures.
• Reset the CPU module and RUN it
again.If the same error is displayed
again, this suggests a CPU module
hardware fault.(Please consult your
local Mitsubishi representative.)
• Correct the power waveform applied
to the power supply module.
• Reset the CPU module and RUN it
again.If the same error is detected
again, it is considered that the power
supply module, CPU module, or base
unit is failure. (Please consult your
