Check whether you have attached the headset properly.
The headset jack is tight and you may need to insert the headset connector more firmly.
11.2 Does the headset that comes with my phone support
wind noise reduction?
No, but your phone supports wind noise reduction.
When your phone is connected to a headset with a microphone (the one that comes with your
phone is recommended), a wind noise reduction switch is available in the upper left corner on
the call screen. You can turn on that switch in a windy environment.
11.3 Why are there noticeable stains on my new
headset/charging cable?
Transportation might cause accessories to rub against the box repeatedly, which has caused
stains. You can wipe the stains off with a tissue. This will not affect the normal use of the
accessories. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you think this has affected your use of the
