Energy Management System (EMS) Upgrade Kit User's Guide
Initial System Configuration
To configure required and optional system settings:
1.
Verify the EMS−UGK is physically connected to all installed CTs.
2.
Verify that main voltages are connected and the EMS−UGK is
powered on.
3.
Click Start > Programs > EATON > EMS Configuration Tool to open the
configuration tool. The System Status page displays, as shown in
Figure 14.

4.
Click Connect to establish communication with the EMS−UGK.
