Flame Height Adjustment

There are six levels of flame settings that can be selected manually using the "+" and "-"
button.
Pressing and releasing the "+" button once will increase the flame to the next high
setting. Continuously holding down the "+" button will increase the flame gradually until
it has reached the highest setting.
Conversely pressing and releasing the "-" button once will decrease the flame to the next
lower setting.
Examples of the display on the LCD are as follows:
Flame Setting = 1 Flame Setting = 3 Flame Setting = 6
