15. Audio INPUT Jacks (RCA Phono Jacks) (
These jacks accept the input of audio signals coming from some external unit. These signals are
mixed with the audio produced by the SK-50 itself, and then output through the speakers and
the audio OUTPUT jacks.
16. Audio OUTPUT Jacks (RCA Phono Jacks) (
These jacks provide output of the sound produced by the SK-50, along with whatever sound
that is input to the audio INPUT jacks.
17/18. MIDI IN/OUT Connector (
These connectors allows for communication with other MIDI devices. The connections must be
made using special MIDI cables.
19. COMPUTER Connector (
This connector provides for communication with a computer, using its serial interface.
20. COMPUTER Switch (
Provides for selection of the serial interface mode.
21. PEDAL Jack (
Accepts connection of an optionally available pedal switch (DP-2, DP-6, BOSS FS-5U, or the
like), or an expression pedal (such as the EV-5). Once you have an Expression pedal connected,
you can select the function that you wish the pedal to provide (
22. DC IN (AC Adaptor) Jack (
Connect the supplied AC Adaptor to this jack.
23. Cord Hook (
To prevent the AC adapter cord from being accidentally disconnected, it should be looped
around this hook to fix it in place.
