With this type of QoS, you cannot control the port prioritization on the switch because the device that sends the traffic (that is, the packets) to the switch prioritizes the traffic. -

The switch supports Universal Plug and Play (UPnP), Bonjour, and NETGEAR Switch Discovery Protocol (NSDP), which are protocols that can discover the switch. A device that functions in the same network as the switch and that supports one of these protocols can discover the switch and obtain the IP address. -
