Loading Matte Board

When printing on the matte board whose thickness is between
0.4 to 2.5 mm, please note the following:

Follow the instructions below to load the matte board. If you
load it in a wrong way, you may damage the printer.
Since the roll paper holder covers the matte board feeder,
remove the roll paper holder before loading the matte board.
1. Turn on the printer.
Note:
Always turn on the printer before loading the matte board;
otherwise, the matte board cannot feed into the printer correctly.
Remove the automatic roll paper cutter if it is attached on the
printer.
2. Push back the tray extension.
