1. Remove the screw access covers

by removing the quick fasteners.

2. Remove the windshield by remov-

ing the screws.

3. Install the windshield to the de-
sired position by installing the
screws.

4. Tighten the screws to the specified
torque. WARNING! A loose wind-
shield could cause an accident.
Be sure to tighten the screws to
the specified torque.
Tightening torque:
Windshield screw:
10 N·m (1.0 kgf·m, 7.2 lb·ft)
5. Place the screw access covers,
and then install the quick fasten-
ers.
