Enhanced Messaging

This chapter describes additional messaging functions , that is, Voice Mail. For information
about the basic messaging functions, see
8.1

Voice Mail

A new voice mail is notificated by a voice mail message icon
mail notification is stored in the same inbox as a text message, that is, the "Messaging"
inbox.

Check the Voice Mail Inbox

Press "Menu".

Select "Inbox" to view the message list.

Quick access to the voice mail is possible by long pressing
Note: A voice mail number must be downloaded to the telephone, see Configuration Manual,
Cordless Telephones 3740/3749 for Avaya, TD92657GB. If the voice mail number is not
available, a dialog window "Voice mail number not defined" is displayed.

Delete a Voice Mail

A voice mail notification is automatically deleted when the voice mail message has been
listen to and then deleted.
