Two-Way Messaging

Nextel Online Two-Way Messaging
and reply to text messages with your Nextel data-capable i2000plus phone. With
Two-Way Messaging, you can quickly and discreetly communicate to others,
without talking on the phone. You can save and attach pre-programmed replies
to your messages for prompt responses from co-workers. There's even a
provision for you to create a "signature" to attach to your messages. For more
information, see "Preferences" on page 122. And, for added convenience, your
Nextel Address Book has been integrated with Two-Way Messaging.
Two-Way Messaging is the ultimate messaging product—allowing you to reach
the people important to you three different ways: from your Nextel phone, from
nextel.com, or from any email application. With Two-Way Messaging, it's
never been easier to stay connected, informed and in control.
NOTE: Two-Way messaging is a Nextel Online Wireless Internet Ser-
vices application and therefore is only available in the conti-
nental United States.

Two-Way Messaging Requirements

In order to use this service, you must be a Two-Way Messaging subscriber. To
activate this service, please call Nextel Customer Care at 1-800-639-6111 or
dial 611 from your Nextel phone. Additionally, to use the advanced features
such as "Outgoing Message Log", "My (Phone) Replies" and "My (Phone)
Messages", you need to register with nextel.com.
