Deleting Distribution Lists
To delete a Distribution List (but not the contacts within the Distribution List),
follow the instructions below.

From the Address Book home page, click Distribution Lists in the nav-
igation bar. All your Distribution Lists are displayed.

Click the Delete icon
delete.

A confirmation box asks if you want to delete the Distribution List.
Click Ok to delete. Although the Distribution List has been deleted, the
contacts within the Distribution List remain in your Address Book.
Using "Click To" Services
"Click To" Services is a quick way to add contacts to your Speed Dial List,
Private ID List, or to access an application like "Send a Message". Select an
individual contact, multiple contacts or a Distribution List and "Click To" a
particular Nextel feature or application.
"Click To" Add to Speed Dial and Private ID
You may add, or link, up to 100 contacts from your Address Book to your Speed
Dial and Private ID Lists. To add a contact to your Phone Lists, follow the
instructions below.

From the Address Book home page, select the contact (or multiple con-
tacts) by placing a check in the box next to the contact(s) name(s).

From the "Click To" drop-down box, select Add to Speed Dial or Add
to Private ID to add the contact to your Speed Dial List or Private ID
List.

Verify that the contact(s) displayed are those that you wish to add to
your Phone List. You may remove a contact by clicking to remove the
check in the box to the left of the name. Click save.

The contact(s) are added to the Phone List you specified. Additionally,
the contact(s) is/are now "linked" to your Address Book. A linked con-
tact is indicated by a
Address Book home page.
NOTE: Contacts are placed in the first available slot of your Phone
Lists. Should you need to place contacts in a particular
order, you will need to "cut and paste" contacts and their
information into the order you desire.
