paper or chips, are in
the paper tray
Registration sensor

Separation pad
damaged
Paper pull-in roller
holder defective
Purge lever at the right
end of the paper feed
roller shaft not slid
smoothly
Any one of the gears at
the both side of the
paper feed roller shaft
are damaged
Paper feed motor
broken
Main PCB defective.
Solution
Instruct the user to load
the recording paper
correctly.
Remove the objects from
the paper tray.
Replace the registration
sensor.
Replace the paper tray.
Replace the paper pull-
in roller holder.
Clean the purge lever.
Replace the paper feed
roller ASSY with a
normal part.
Replace the paper feed
motor ASSY.
Replace the main PCB.
