When Paper Jams

When a paper jams in the printer, an error code and either the [PAPER JAM] or [PAPER SIZE ERROR]
message appear on the second line of the operator panel.
Check the error code displayed on the panel and remove the jammed paper by following the procedure
described on the relevant reference page.
If paper jams occur frequently, clean the paper feed rollers and the inside of the printer.

When Paper Jams

Never disassemble the printer. Disassembly of the printer may cause serious
problems, such as smoke emission, and could result in an electric shock.
