Paper jams at the paper exit
(error code: 382)

Press the OPEN button to open the top cover.

Slowly pull out the jammed paper from an
exit.
If paper has jammed at the paper exit and you can
see it inside the top cover (inside the printer), pull
the jammed paper from the inside of the printer.
Pulling it toward the back side forcibly may damage
the fuser unit.

Press the OPEN button to open the top
cover.

Touch the screw to remove static
electricity from your body.

Take the toner cartridge out of the printer
and place it on a flat table.
• The image drum (green tube) of the toner
cartridge is very delicate. Handle it with
great care.
• Do not expose the toner cartridge to direct
sunlight or very bright light (approximately
1500 lux or more). Even under interior light,
do not leave it for more than five minutes.
Screw
