Security Settings

This menu allows the user to configure the following security settings for the
system.
Main
Advanced
Password Description
If ONLY the administrator's password is set,
then this only limits access to Setup and is
only asked for when entering Setup.
If ONLY the User's password is set, then this
is a power on password and must be entered to
boot or enter Setup. In Setup the User will
have Administrator rights.
The password length must be
in the following range:
Minimum length
Maximum length

Secure Boot menu

Administrator Password
Use this feature to set the administrator password which is required to enter the
BIOS setup utility. The length of the password should be from 3 characters to 20
characters long.
User Password
Use this feature to set a user password which is required to log into the system
and to enter the BIOS setup utility. The length of the password should be from 3
characters to 20 characters long.
 Secure Boot Menu
Secure Boot
Select Enable for secure boot support to ensure system security at bootup. The
options are Enabled and Disabled.

Secure Boot Mode

This feature allows the user to select the desired secure boot mode for the system.
The options are Standard and Custom.
