    Observation/Acquisition Flow 1. Starting the System Set the main switch to “ l ” (ON). Push the sub switch to turn it on. Set the main switches of the computer and monitor to ON. Log on Windows Vista with your own user ID.

    2. Placing the Specimen The specimen can be placed in position when the instruction to place the specimen is displayed. Push down the open button open the cover and place the specimen. Slide glass specimen Push in the lock lever toward the left and hold it in the pushed-in position.
