CX6500, restart your computer, and reinstall the printer software as explained in the Start Here
sheet packed with the CX6500.
Scanner software installation
If you canceled the scanner software installation before the procedure was completed, or you connected
the CX6500 before installing the software, EPSON Scan may be incorrectly installed.
Follow these steps to install the software correctly.
