For Windows XP, click Start, Control Panel, then click Printers and Faxes. (If the Control
Panel is in Category View, click Printers and Other Hardware, then click Printers and
Faxes.)
For Windows 98, Me and 2000, click Start, point to Settings, then click Printers.
For Windows XP and 2000, select the CX6500, then click Printing Preferences on the File
menu.
For Windows 98 and Me, select the CX6500, then click Properties on the File menu.
You see the printer software window.
From the taskbar
Right-click the printer icon on the taskbar, then select Printer Settings. You see the printer software
window.
