2. Use the 8 mm spanner to secure the earthing cable
to the shielding plate with an M5 hex nut and a
washer (at the point with the earthing sign)
(tightening torque 2.7 Nm max.)
3. Use the 3 mm Allen key to secure the shielding
plate with four M5 rounded head screws and
washers (tightening torque 2.7 Nm)

The shielding plate is installed.

Checking the main earthing

Procedure
1. Check that the main earthing has been fitted in the
door channel at the factory (2W24 cable).
2. Check that the earthed door has been earthed with
an earthing cable in the factory.

The main earthing has been checked.
