Allow the presser foot to rest on the needle plate.
By continuing to turn the handwheel, position the point of thread catcher at the same
height as the edge of rear stop trip of the needle plate and press release bar to the
left in accordance with using retaining collar .
In this position tighten screws .
The eccentricity of retaining collar must be pointing downwards.
